What Does the following ultrasound Test Result Indicate? 

i have done ultrasound scan ovaries state that they are normail in size and echotexture. premature follicles seen bilaterally . left ovary 3.0 x 2.2 cms and right ovary 2.9 x 2.3 cms. no e/o adneal mass or cyst. no fluid in pod. I am 31 yrs married for 3yrs no child, can i get pregnant
